Fundraisers

Allow The Brush Creek Photography Studio to aid you in your fundraising activities by providing professional Family Portraits.  A Photo Day  is a great opportunity to raise money for School Organizations, Sports Teams, Girl Scout Troupes, Church Congregations and many others.  The Brush Creek Studio will donate a portion of all sales generated from your Photo Day to your organization.

     There is no money due at the time of Photography and absolutely no sales pressure placed upon your group members.  There is no charge for the Photo Day, but we do ask that you do your best to spread the word or provide us with a list of participants so we can notify them ahead of time.

  A team of Photographers will arrive on Photo Day and set up our professional background and lighting equipment.  Families will be invited to be photographed at a scheduled time and place.  Usually 15-20 minutes are alloted to each family, which is plenty of time to capture high quality images.  These will be developed into proofs which will be delivered to each family along with ordering instructions.  Within two weeks, or once all orders have been gathered, a monetary donation will be made to your organization and completed photo packages will be delivered within two weeks of recieving orders.
